• We Counsel both Women & Men
in INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE THERAPY sessions
with a strong Buddhist-theoretical/practical base,
as well as good Western contemporary 'relational'
and CBT approaches to the mind & emotions.

• RELATIONSHIP Counseling for Couples, Marriages
and Family - all sorts of Communication Breakdowns.
Inter-active Work: face to face, we get very personal,
very Real. A ‘Tough-Love’ approach & often very directive.
Upfront when appropriate - in clear, truthful,
compassionate, effective sessions.

• In-Office Visits. ALL counseling sessions are in person.
We usually limit counseling sessions to Los Angeles people,
mostly LOCAL AREA clients – Easier for you when Near To Us:
'Distance', time and gas these days is a huge challenge.

• Yes - We DO have clients who airline 'Commute'
into Los Angeles regularly/periodically from different
parts of the country & choose to do their therapy here.

• Yes - Later on you may move to our ‘group meditation'
classes or confidential group 'sharing-sessions’ if you wish.

• Yes - ‘Phone Counseling'-sessions are available later on,
BUT only when necessary & for ‘established clients’ with us.

• ONGOING REGULAR SCHEDULED SESSIONS are by
a mutually-arranged fee & by set appointments only.

About CHARGE$ ~

• FEE: We can offer only some NEGOTIABLE
or Sliding-scale, Lower-fee Sessions for those
who really do need it. We'll discuss this on the phone.
No - We do not take insurance plans, medi-cal, etc.

• We DO offer a much more generous in-office
..EXTENDED SESSION TIME
than a traditional-practice usually would offer:

ALL sessions with us are given much more than
the 'standard therapy-hour' time of (:55 min ).
We offer you usually about 1 hour+20 min (:80 min)
to allow really more space to go really deep within
as you need to - without feeling cut off or rushed.
No hurry here, have some tea, take your shoes off ...
